By choice, our production site continues to be in Premana and from here, over the years, we have enriched the product range with different lines of cutlery dedicated to meat processing and to every cutting need in preparation and processing. of food. In collaboration with chefs and professionals we continue our research activity to provide the right products in terms of functionality and design.

In 2012, after about 50 years of experience in the cutlery sector, Fratelli Rizzi snc decides to propose its own professional cutlery lines under the name of Maglionero . The numerous collaborations with the best Italian and European operators in the field of professional cutlery trigger the need to create a brand that identifies and certifies the products made in Fratelli Rizzi .

The logo was born from the idea of ​​representing and revealing the nature of the product itself.
